By far the best customer service experience I have had in a long time! Friendly, professional, everyone takes pride and ownership in making sure your experience is top notch. My oil change was completed in less than 15 minutes and they offer a free car wash to boot! They absolutely earned my future oil change and car wash business!

Damien and Brian were great to work with. I was able to get an oil change, new battery, and emissions test in about an hour. The guys stayed in constant communication with me and make great recommendations. Will definitely be back.

I’ve been using Super Shine Car Wash for about two years now for all of my vehicles, and I’ve referred a lot of friends their way. Every single one of us has had the same great experience. The crew is top notch. From Jeremy to Nick to Damien to Cornelius, these guys are consummate professionals. You can tell they take pride in what they do. I’ve never once felt oversold on anything they recommend, which goes a long way. They’re honest, straightforward, and always focused on what actually makes sense for the car. What really stands out is how they walk you through everything after the work is done. Whether it’s detailing or maintenance, they take the time to explain it and make sure you’re happy. And more often than not, they add those extra touches that take the whole experience to another level. Highly recommend these guys if you want quality work and people you can trust.

I had a great experience at this shop! The customer service is truly 10/10. Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. A special shoutout to Damien, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and kept me informed throughout. They changed my brakes, and now my car is driving perfectly smooth again. On top of that, I also got a really good interior and exterior car wash afterwards, which was a great bonus and made my car feel like new. I really appreciate the quality of work and attention to detail. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for reliable and honest service!

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this car wash. After going through the drive-through wash, I noticed a crack in my windshield and fresh chipping on my pillar. When I brought it to the manager’s attention, he immediately blamed it on “pre-existing damage” without properly investigating. I took my car to a repair shop right after, and they confirmed the chipping was recent — there was no rust present, which indicates it had just happened. Instead of taking responsibility, the manager dismissed my concerns. I trusted this business with my vehicle and left with damage and zero accountability. I would strongly recommend hand washing your car at home or choosing a different facility that stands behind their service. Very disappointing customer service experience.
